HEALTH_migraine


I will talk about migraine this time.. We've all heard of migraine headaches, but how much we really know about the migraine..Migraine is a vascular headache that means it is not brought by tension as many people think...The way to prevent migraine is we must realized that they are caused by an overload toxins in our body...Migraine also connected to our meals,so it is important to watch out what we eat everyday...There are a few things to the migraine sufferer must avoid like caffeine and decaffeinated coffee, teas and sodas,chocolate,artificial colouring,artificial flavouring,preservatives,nuts,cigarette smoking and others...They also need to take high fiber foods like fruits, vegetables, grains and nutritional support to promote increase liver detoxification.The symptoms of migraine is they will have a headache...Migraine sufferers become more sensitive to everything when their migraine was started...They will not stand with too much light,sound,person around them and everything...They will loose their balancing in thinking and cannot do anything with right...Migraine treatment is different for each person..For person who has migraine headache to light and sound,the treatment maybe simple as they just need to lie down in a dark and quiet room with cold compress in the forehead...There are also a person that take a medication to remove the pain...But to the person with bad migraine need to see doctors or experts...
