Pressure

Pressure??What is mean by pressure?Pressure is difficulties and feelings of anxiety that are caused by the problems in life...Everybody will be under pressure if faced with the problems...When we are under pressure,our body undergoes rapid physiological,behavioral and emotional changes..Our rate of breathing may become more rapid and shallow..We also may experience in changing our ability to think such as confusion,trouble in concentrating and hard to remember thing...Otherwise,our emotions will not stable like always feel scare,anxiety,depress and anger...We also may have insomnia or wake up to early and not be able to go back to sleep.....But there are ways to manage pressure like e in good shape physically and mentally...When our body and mind are healthy it will help ourself against pressure...This means that we need to pay attention to diet,exercise,sleep and mental health....With all of this we can avoid ourselves from pressure.....
